Our design process starts with the initial meeting and agreement to define the project's perameters. This leads to the generation of "as built" drawings if a remodel or a preliminary design for new construcion. Throughout the design process the owner and/or contractor is kept in constant contact with updated floor plans and 3d models to keep sure the design and cost is on track with the project.

After the design is agreed upon, the plans go to the engineer for its structural engineering and energy calculations so they cna be submitted to the local building department.
